Attractions and Recreation Galore:
No matter the activity, you will find that it is not far from our door. For hiking, the Appalachian Trail is just up the street and we often pick up and drop off hikers as they come from or return to the Trail. The Warren Fish Hatchery and Wildlife Center is just a few doors down. There is horseback riding, fishing, swimming, kayaking, and ATV riding nearby, and the NH Corridor # 5 snowmobile trail is just across the street. And the surrounding White Mountains are famed for their brilliant foliage colors (check the Fall Foliage Report), making leaf peeping a must in the fall. Excellent skiing and snowboarding are but a short drive away at Tenney, Loon, and Cannon mountains. And the Canterbury and Enfield Shaker Villages are within an hour's drive.

While you are in the area you might want to drive up Route 118 to toward Lincoln. There is a bull, cow and last year's calf moose in that area. One of our guests saw a moose on their return from dinner in Lincoln.
